Terms of Service

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt, not including holidays or weekends. 

Payments:

We accept all credit cards processed by PayPal and Stripe.

Payment is handled through PayPal but a PayPal account is not required to make a payment. 

We do not take or store payment card details. This is all handled by PayPal and Stripe.

We do offer bank transfer but this is at our discretion and on an individual basis which must be prearranged.

The currency of final transaction is GBP, USD, EUR or AUD depending on which currency the customer selects. 

Shipment:

Shipping is available to those countries listed in the checkout process. If we do not offer shipping to your country you will not be able to complete checkout. If we do not ship to your country we are open to consider your country. The cost of shipping is calculated from the size of the order and the shipping address provided by the customer. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address is correct, no refunds will be given if the shipping address is incorrect. 

Shipments may incur a country specific tax such as sale tax (VAT, IVA) and/or a customs duty or tax for allowing entry into that country. The customer is liable for any charges incurred for entry into the country of the shipping address. 

Cancellations:

If you decide to cancel your order before the item has been dispatched then we will refund you in full minus a 5% fee to cover the credit card charges levied on us. However, if the item has been dispatched then no refund will be available. 

Complaints:

If you have a reason to make a complaint then please contact us through the Contact page quoting your invoice number and we will try to resolve your problem. Please give us as much detail as you can to help us help you.
